For a public campaign on anti-smoking, I have to say this one is quite cool.  Using Jolin Tsai is already quite clever and to leverage on her pop culture appeal is even better.  Definitely much better than the first one featuring her in plain tees.

Jolin Tsai definitely rocks with her attitude in this anti-smoking commercial.  But her transformation outfit doesn’t quite work for her.  Maybe it’s my eyes playing tricks but suddenly, I feel she’s so much shorter.

Anyway, in case you don’t already know, this campaign is all part of the efforts to promote public awareness of a new anti smoking bill which would ban smoking from Jan 11, 2009 in most indoor public places in Taiwan.  Well, that’s definitely a fine way to promote clean and green!
