Asian Celebrity Commercials

There’s no doubt that Jay Chou (周杰伦) is hot property in China.  The guy is never short on commercial endorsements.  And because of his cool image, sportswear is a good fit for him.  So it’s no wonder that Deerway has been using him as their spokesperson for the past few years.  He’s an obvious choice to communicate the brand to the younger crowd.

His latest commercial “On The Way” is not typical of a sports ad though.  It looks like the company is trying to give a classy edge to the brand with Jay Chou performing on the piano.  I can’t make it out very well though but maybe you can.
