Asian Celebrity Commercials

Fans of Wang Lee Hom are going to kill me for saying this but I thought our sauve actor’s face look a tad longer than usual in this commercial for Bausch and Lomb contact lens.  Maybe he has lost weight or something while filming this CM but he certainly look slightly different to me.

Anyway, this commercial was aired for awhile sometime ago but for those who have missed it, you can catch it at the Bausch and Lomb Taiwan website along with the commercial where Jolin Tsai appeared bathing in a bathtub for Renu contact lens solution.  I don’t think Jolin’s CM was ever aired here but I could be wrong.

Wang Lee Hom (王力宏) has been gaining fame since his role in Ang Lee’s Lust, Caution.  Of late, we see a lot more of him in various advertisements and here is one where he is seen endorsing Nikon digital cameras.  I’ve uploaded one of the TVCM here but you can go to Nikon China to see both versions, as well as download his print ads and wallpapers. 

Earlier this week, Wang Lee Hom was the Olympics torch bearer. The man’s a head turner for sure but despite his pretty looks, I just find he’s lacking something which I can’t put my finger to.  Hmm…perhaps his face is too long?
