Japanese actress and singer Ryoko Shinohara (篠原涼子) is one of the models for Maquillage by Shiseido. You can check out the 15 secs TVCM which she appears in directly from the Shiseido website. In fact, hers is the current face for Maquillage as soon as you enter the site.
I haven’t been watching J-dramas and I don’t know much about her but it appears under wikipedia that she’s one of the most popular actresses in Japan now and is most famous among anime enthusiasts for providing the vocals for the theme to the Japanese version of Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie.
